Bright yellow umbels May – June. Clumping habit with leathery dark green, heart-shaped leaves. 12 – 24″ tall. Full sun – light shade, average to moist soil. Mixes well with blue flowers and foliage. Easy care. Excellent in masses as a groundcover. Nectar source for spring emerging bumblebee queens. Native from Connecticut to Georgia in open woods & meadows. Zone 4.
