Spires of yellow flowers with violet eyes. Long blooming May – July. Remove spent spikes to encourage rebloom, will self-sow. 2-3′ tall. Full Sun, well- drained soil. Attracts pollinators, especially bees. Border, cottage garden, gravel garden or natural garden. Drought tolerant. Deer resistant. Zones 5.
