Succisa pratensis

Blue, globe-shaped flowers on airy wand-like stems. Aug – Oct. Basal rosette. 24-36″ tall. Full sun to part shade. Moist soil tolerant. Attracts pollinators. Excellent source of nectar. Informal gardens and moist meadows. Once used to treat sores from the bubonic plague. Zone 4.
