Forms dense mounds of blue green foliage. 15″ tall. Semi-evergreen even in cold climates. Full sun to part shade, well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Small flowers April – May. Seed heads fall away becoming inconspicuous. An underutilized but effective landscape plant. Small to large-scale groundcover. Zone 4.
