Low growing, rosette-forming succulent groundcover. 1 – 2″ tall. Purplish-red flowers to 12″ tall July – August. Full sun – light shade, well-drained soil. Tolerant of infertile & sandy soil. Drought tolerant. Pathway edger, containers, gentle slopes, terraces, rock gardens. Deer resistant. Zone 4.
