Delicious leafy green!  Bright, lemony flavor.  Use in salads, soups, and sauces.  Often prepared similarly to spinach.  Beautiful pale green leaves provide ornamental value.  12 – 18″ tall and wide.  High in fiber, vitamins A + C, magnesium, iron and other minerals.  Full sun.  Garden beds, containers, and a great patio herb!  Highly productive, slow bolting, heirloom French variety.  Perennial.  Zone 5. Grown with organic fertilizers.
