THORNLESS BLACKBERRY
Rubus ‘Natchez’
Bears fruit mid-summer. Larger, more elongated fruit than other varieties reaching a length of 1.5″. Rapid grower. 4 – 6′ shrub. Space plants 3 – 5′ apart. Full sun to part shade and moist, well-drained soil. Cut back old canes after bearing fruit. Tip prune new canes in summer. Trellising is recommended. Very heat tolerant. Grown with organic fertilizer. Zone 5.
