Large shrub with contorted branches and wicked thorns! Sweetly fragrant white flowers. April – May. 2″ diameter, yellow to orange, sour fruits in the fall. 5 – 8′ tall. Full sun to light shade. Deer resistant. Makes an impenetrable hedge when planted in a row! Zone 5.
