Large, white flowers with a central purple shading. June – July+. Glossy green, mildew resistant foliage. 2 – 3′ tall. Full sun – light shade; organically rich, moist soil. Attracts butterflies & hummingbirds. Garden borders. Good cut flower – cutting encourages more flowers! A hybrid of eastern U.S. native species. Zone 4.
