Panicum virgatum ‘Northwind’

Beautiful & versatile long-lived warm season grass. Selected for its resistance to blow over and upright blue foliage. Flowers begin in July. 5 – 6′ tall. Full sun. Drought tolerant once established. Remains attractive through winter. Cut back to 6″ tall in early spring. Northeastern U.S. native species. Zone 4.
