Deep, rich green leaves. 6 – 8′ tall. Full sun – light shade. Moist soil tolerant. This is a male pollinator for the berry producing female varieties. A favorite shrub species for fall/winter effect & attracting birds. Salt tolerant. NE U.S. native. Ours are Long Island provenance. Zone 3.
