Foliage emerges pink in the spring, maturing to bright green. In contrast flowers emerging green and change to pink. April – June, with bracts preserving though the season. Compact habit, 20 – 25″ tall. Full sun; well-drained soil. Drought tolerant. Deer and rabbit resistant. Containers. Specimen. Avoid winter wet areas. Zone 6.
