Blue to purple flowers July – September. 4 ‘ tall. Best in light shade & organically rich soil. Attracts hummingbirds and other pollinators. Deer resistant. May require staking. Excellent native border perennial. Pairs well with solidagos and Aquilegia canadensis. Eastern U. S. native. Zone 5.
