Dense clusters of fragrant, white flowers bloom June-August. Large, fleshy, blue-green leaves with undulating margins and shallow lobes. Grows in mounds like coral! 36″ tall, 24-30″ wide. Well-drained soil required. A favored vegetable in coastal France and England. Drought tolerant. Deer resistant. Zone 4.
