Showy bright pink flowers in terminal clusters. Clumping upright habit. 3 – 4′ tall. Full sun to light shade, average to moist soil. Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies including Monarchs. Also known to attract beneficial insects. Good cut flower. Deer resistant. Native of U.S. east coast from New England southward. Our plants are from the North Fork of Long Island. Zone 3.
