Lush green to blue-green foliage dances gracefully in the wind. Upright, strictly clump-forming habit. Silver seed heads August – March. 4′-6′ tall. Full sun. Notable for its lush yellow-green summer foliage and its deep red fall and winter color. Sturdy and long lived. Drought tolerant. Deer resistant. NE U.S. native species. Zone 3.
