Rose-purple flowers. September – October. Forms thick clumps. 15 – 18″ tall. Full sun. Easy to grow. Useful throughout the garden: small-scale groundcover, garden borders, accent, rock gardens, small-space filler, and containers. Great addition for reliable late season color. Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies. Deer resistant. Zone 6, possibly 5.
