Allium schoenoprasum ‘Sterile’

6 – 10″ leaves for culinary use.  18″ tall pink flowers June – July, also edible and excellent for drying.  Full sun.  Does not spread by seed, due to its sterile nature.  Clump-forming.  Deer resistant.  Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies.  Garden borders, edger, accent, rock garden, containers. Leaves and flowers are high in vitamin C, folic acid and potassium. Zone 3.
