Large, pink flower spikes on compact mounds July-Sept. Bottle brush-shaped flowers. Excellent mid to late season bloomer! Fragrant flowers and foliage. Shorter growth habit 14-16″. Full sun; average to dry well-drained soil. Adored by pollinators. Front of perennial garden, containers. Old flower stems add nice winter interest. Excellent in combination with grasses. Deer resistant. North American native species. Zone 6.
