Agastache nepetoides

Greenish-yellow flower spikes on sturdy stems. Bottle brush-shaped flowers. 4 – 6′ tall. Excellent mid to late season bloomer. Begins blooming in July and goes until frost! Full sun – light shade; average to dry well-drained soil. Old flower stems add nice winter interest. Excellent in combination with grasses! Deer resistant. Attracts butterflies. NE U.S. native. Zone 4.
