1 – 2″ tall lush, weed-smothering carpet of bright green foliage. Violet-blue flowers May – June, some repeat in the fall. Full sun – moderate shade, moist soil. Fast spreading. Takes foot traffic. Deer resistant. Small to large-scale groundcover, turf substitute, stepping stones, edger. Zone 5.
