Scarlet-orange flowers with yellow-orange throats.  May – June. Full sun – part shade.  Twining growth habit – needs support to climb. Vines provide shelter for birds, while fall berries provide a late season food source. Fences, trellises, arbors, poles, deck railing, groundcover.  Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies.  Northeastern U.S native.  Zone 4.
