Viburnum prunifolium

Creamy white flowers in flat-topped clusters. May -June. Attractive, leathery leaves. Strongly upright large shrub to small tree; 8- 15′ tall. Rose colored berries mature to blue-black in late summer/fall and are a favorite of songbirds & for making jams. Full sun – part shade. Medium to moist soil. Red, orange, yellow fall foliage. NE U.S. native. Zone 3.
