Flat-topped clusters of white flowers. August – October. Fine-textured foliage. 2 – 3′ tall. Full sun – light shade. Drought tolerant. Deer resistant. Attracts butterflies. Northeastern U.S. native of sandy, dry soils. Ours are Long Island native. Zone 4.
