Magenta flowers with a deeper pink center star shadow. 3-4″ wide blooms May – June. Full sun – part shade. Train as a climber to 4′ tall or as a shrubby groundcover. Full sun – part shade (noted shade tolerant variety). For best growth, mulch or plant groundcovers around base to keep roots cool. Attracts butterflies. Zone 4.
