Dense, clumping grass. Produces long lasting, golden seed heads maturing to rich brown starting in July and remaining effective through fall. A compact selection only 20 – 24″ tall. Full sun – light shade. Moist soil tolerant. Deer resistant. Excellent in mass for a dramatic effect. Zone 4.
