Golden yellow flowers with black cones. July – September. Produces masses of 3″ wide blooms for high impact. Disease resistant foliage. 18 – 24″ tall. Great for borders. Good cut flower. Attracts birds and butterflies. Full sun to part shade. Drought tolerant. Moist soil tolerant. A hybrid of two North American native species. Zone 4.
