Large, bold yellow flowers on 3.5′ tall spikes. May – June. A generously flowering variety with a spread up to 5′ wide. Attractive seed pods in the fall. Full sun. Attracts butterflies. Deer resistant. Excellent in mixed borders. Plant low growing groundcovers around them as a compliment. Long lived. Zone 4.
