Allium ‘Blue Curls’
A glover perennials introduction! Beautiful blue curled leaves. Pink flowers. July – August. 15 – 18″ tall. Full sun, well-drained soil. Useful throughout the garden: small-scale groundcover, garden borders, accent, rock gardens, small space filler and containers. Excellent cut flower. Attractive dried flower stalks remain upright into the winter. A hybrid of A. ‘Millenium x A. senescens var. glaucum. This cultivar can best be described as an Allium senescens var. glaucum on steroids with taller, larger flowers and longer, curled leaves. Deer resistant. Attracts hummingbirds and butterflies. Zone 5.
