Vinca ‘Ralph Shugert’

Blue flowers April – May. Attractive white variegation on dark green leaves. 4 – 6″ tall. Light to full shade. Drought tolerant. Competes well with tree roots. Deer resistant. Tough small to large-scale groundcover, edger, erosion control. Effective around trees and shrubs. Zone 4.
