Golden yellow spruce-like foliage 3 – 6″ tall. Evergreen (actually takes on a burnt orange tone in the winter). Yellow flowers June – July. Creeping/trailing habit. Full sun, well-drained soil. Drought tolerant. Excellent in containers. Small-scale groundcover, edger, rock gardens, small space filler. Zone 3.
